July 2011 – Present (4 months)
Accepted the position of Digital Sales & Marketing Director for Infiniti Of Fort Myers.
Here, I developed an effective online marketing strategy and set in place internet and phone sales lead management processes. I am responsible for all ecommerce operations, including marketing, internet sales training and CRM process management and implementation. I also handle the duties of Sales Manager and Sales Trainer.
Digital Sales & Marketing Director at Marazzi Motors
September 2008 – July 2011 (2 years 11 months)
I was recruited by John Marazzi as Digital Sales and Marketing Director for Marazzi Motors, which included John Marazzi Nissan of Naples, Florida and eventually Audi Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers. I was responsible for the management, training and continued development of the dealerships four Dealer.com websites, three Dealertrends micro sites and two Word Press blogs, as well as all social media efforts. I managed most SEO and VSEO for both dealerships in house and have a strong knowledge of both. I focused our dealerships online marketing efforts to converting first party leads through our web site, reducing dependence on third party lead providers. The John Marazzi Nissan Internet Sales Team consistently delivered 140 – 160 new and used vehicles per month.
During this time I established both dealerships phone and internet sales training and managed both dealerships Internet Sales Departments, BDC operations and CRM’s. Both dealerships attributed over 50% of all new and used vehicle sales to our “Internet Sales and Delivery Teamsâ€.
Business Development Manager at Ft. Myers Toyota
April 2002 – September 2008 (6 years 6 months)
I was hired by General Manager John Marazzi at Ft. Myers Toyota as a sales consultant. In November of 2002, I was promoted to the position of sales manager. As sales manager, I handle all of the new hire orientation and training, as well as weekly training of current sales staff, including all CRM training and management.
In January of 2005, I was asked to develop the dealerships internet sales department and grow our online marketing presence. I managed an organic SEO strategy that drove traffic to our Dealer.com web site and converted into first party leads. I managed an Internet Sales Team of nine that eventually averaged over 160 new and used internet car deals per month.

I managed all facets of food & beverage operations, which included main dining room, lounge, pool deck, catering sales and event planning for a 350 person grand ballroom, including weddings, graduations, special events, menu planning and design.
